About Us

What We Do

We provide professional and practical advice, support and ideas to small and medium sized businesses on how to manage the Human Resources aspects of their business.

Employers are finding it increasingly difficult to understand and keep up with highly complex Employment legislation. Breaches in employment regulations place considerable financial burdens on businesses and can also expose companies to Employment Tribunals.

We take the headache out of Employment Compliance issues by offering a range of services. We start with 'health checks' and then prepare the appropriate documentation as well as suggesting ways in which you can handle any complex issues and resolve them.

We also help you think about how you are Managing and Developing Your People so that they feel involved, listened to and valued.

Our Approach

We start by listening. It's vital that we understand your culture, operating environment and your issues completely before we can begin to identify what you can and should do - and how we can help.

When you are ready, and if you choose, we'll provide the support you need to implement the changes and get the results you want.

Our reputation is built on developing relationships with clients. They value our involvement, flexible approach and ongoing support, and we value their trust in us. Our Testimonials illustrate this.

We'll always fit in with the way you work - by working on your premises alongside you, or with your managers and employees, or independently. You choose.
